CARA rehausse les images r\u00e9tiniennes en temps r\u00e9el par Internet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Son partenaire indien, qui reste pour l'instant anonyme, souhaite utiliser la technologie de Diagnos pour s'attaquer au processus de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration visuelle dont souffrent les diab\u00e9tiques. En Inde, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale du diab\u00e8te estime qu'ils sont plus de 73 millions, et pourraient \u00eatre plus de 100 millions d'ici 2030. Un sur neuf souffrira d'une r\u00e9tinopathie qui pourrait lui faire perdre la vue.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re mission de d\u00e9pistage verra le d\u00e9ploiement d'unit\u00e9s mobiles \u00e0 Mumbai et New Delhi, qui incluront la plateforme CARA et un technicien qualifi\u00e9 en d\u00e9pistage ophtalmologique. Ces unit\u00e9s pourront aussi intervenir dans un rayon de 500 km autour de ces villes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La nature de notre relation d'affaires nous permettrait \u00e9ventuellement d'offrir ce service \u00e0 toute la population de l'immense territoire indien, croit Peter Nowacki, le vice-pr\u00e9sident responsable de la division Sant\u00e9 de Diagnos.
